Iβve done it!!!!! Just completed my graduation run. This programme is wonderful. Took a while and a few re-starts but I did it.
Looking for tips about what works best now - sticking with Jo and Week 9 for a while to consolidate or is there another podcast anyone would recommend?

First of all congratulations! It really is a great program that as well as get us fitter physically I do really believe it gets us fitter mentally.
As for carrying on....me personally I am going to consolidate at 5km for a few weeks and then 2x 5 and 1x 5.5 for 2 weeks. Then 2x 5.5 and 1x 6 for 2 weeks etc etc
But I think there is a bridge to 10k out there that I have seen mentioned.
Congratulations I graduated just over 2 weeks ago and I am repeating wk 9 for a few weeks before next step !!! But just enjoy your runs and again well done π π π π π π π π πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
