Been a while but found my self over weight and not feeling great about my self.

So doing what I know that works for me c25k

On week 5 run 1

Feeling bit nervous about it as runs get longer.

Need lose 2half stones

Lost half stone so far.

Feeling OK

Congratulations on completing run 1 of week 5 and also losing half a stone, running is a good exercise for you and will help you lose 2 half stone as long as you eat a good healthy meal, good luck for your running and weight loss 😊👍
