Go for it everyone!!!!

Yesterday I ran nearly 18 kilometres. I'm not super fit or super slim (clinically obese in fact) but what I am is proof this WORKS!!!

I can't say I love running either, but I do love that it is changing my body and giving me a sense of achievement I would never have dreamed of when I was too lazy to do anything, and always sat with a cushion over my stomach to try and hide it - ha ha!!!

You will have bad runs and good runs

You will have times when you can't / don't run for a while but once you have started the plan its never as hard to restart running as it was to make the initial start.

So stick with the programme wherever you are with it - I can't tell you what a difference it makes - I am running a half marathon in September in Cheltenham - who else is going?!!!

Go For It Guys!!!!

Ps the photo below was me when I started xx

Wow! That's amazing on both counts as they took dedication, grit, hard work and discipline. Good luck with the HM.

Well done on the 18K and for signing up for a HM! Would love to see a pic of you now?! I have just completed week 6 and am really enjoying the programme. I've lost a little bit of weight but still have a long way to go so your post has really encouraged me :-)

Excellent! Glad to hear it! Week 6 you have cracked it really!! I can't see a way of adding a photo and I am by no means slim, but if this chubby body can get me round a half marathon I am very proud of it :)

Good luck with the plan, let me know when you graduate!!xx
