I did it, I've started! My left shin hurts of all things, but other than that I was pleasantly surprised how quickly the minute goes π¬ if I can't run by the end of this I'll be a fan of electro dance music at least π bring on R2

I remember feeling that running W1R1 was βin at the deep endβ and I struggled through the first few runs. Iβm now at W9R2 and absolutely hooked. Keep it up!
