Completed W2R1 and actually found it not really any harder than week 1. Switched voices to Jo Whiley and had to smile when she called me a runner, I suspect Jo has been on the magic mushrooms!! but nevertheless very chuffed. The new running shoes definitely helped and I have also downloaded Map my run and when I analysed the pace I was doing during the 90 second runs it shows I would do 1km in 5 mins if I kept it up which again I am really pleased with.

Done. Yes I didn't find week 2 toooo bad. Just done w2r3. Week 1 run 3 was worst for me so far. Jo Whiley is good I think! I've tried them all

Hmmm ... Week 2, run 1 ... so you've run for <mental arithmetic> LOADS of minutes. Plus you've got running shoes, map my run... sounds like Jo knows what she's talking about!
