Ha, you have started, thats the hardest bit over 😉...the plan works and each run is building your stamina and confidence. Take your rest days, they are important and enjoy your journey through the plan.
Well I’d did exaggerate for humorous effect but really was about 4 weeks. I have always declared the nothing would ever get me running - but I guess competiveness won, cant be beaten by a 70 year old after all

Well done for jumping off the couch and dashing out the door You will be fine, just trust in the programme, keep posting here, make sure you take rest days and run REALLY slowly.
