Hi there, just joined here 2day. I'm on wk 6 of c25k. I was doin so well but then got a cold and didn't complete run 3 of wk 6 and I didn't run for a week. Im back now but I'm Just wondering wot 2 do - pick up where I left off n just complete run 3 or start wk 6 again?? Any ideas? Thanx.

So shd I do run 3 2moz and dorun 1 of wk 7 thurs?? I may struggle to get 4 runs in ths wk.
Yes, do run 3 tomorrow, run 1 of week 7 on Thursday, have a rest day, then run 2 of week 7 and so on. You don't have to squeeze all the runs into a calendar week.
Thanx. Yeh, I suppose a wk doesn't hv 2 start on a mon n end on a sun does it? But scared of 2moz as its defo getting harder now but hopefully ill b ok 👍
Well I did it. Bit slower n in pouring rain but I did it w/out stopping! Was hard but it's in the bag now. On to wk 7 now 😅👍👣
