Read a few posts on the forum about consolidation ,how it can be tough after graduation etc .
Well I for one have found it tough ,I want to do it but have lost the support of the C25K app.
So having noted that a few of you were repeating w9 ,30 minutes run I decided this morning to do that .
App back on my phone and of course mr smooth ...... wow it worked !!
Ran the 30 mins (could probably have done more)....4.2k done π
It felt relatively easy and definitely confidence building!
So any graduates who identify with this feeling .... take mr smooth out with you !
It worked for meπ
Thanks to all who posted .....π€

I still take him out every 3rd or 4th run it makes me smile when I hear his voice...
But biggest round of applause goes to you for working out what you need to do to keep going. True grit and determination, and you enjoyed the run and that by far is the best achievement of all
Well done you ! I think I need more of week 9 runs - I have tried Laura twice on Bridge to 10 k - sheβs lovely but Iβm not ready to keep running and increase the pace . At least I tried twice this week. Iβve always listened to Jo Whiley so Iβll have a go with Mr Smooth! πππΌββοΈππΌββοΈππΌββοΈ
As a new graduate I will not be letting go of Mr S yet .... repeat runs fine by me ... wish he did a post grad program ... maybe we should ask him π
