Thursday I did my second run of week five, full 8 mins!!! Super exhausting but I did all the way and proud of myself in a way. Will see how long and if I can manage the third run for this week.

Oh you will manage it! Look how far you have come already?! Take each run slow and steady and you will be fine.

BTW, I LOVED run 3 of week 5. The key is not to obsess about the time you have to run, but keeping a slow steady pace - and before you set out, believe and know you can do it. Running is in the mind as much as it is in the legs. πŸ˜€

You will, trust me. I had my doubts about my r3, but I didn't allow myself to dwell on them. And it went fine. πŸ˜€
