Right from the start of the first run I could feel I had lower energy than all the other runs, and it felt it all the way through. Finished it, but felt much more tired than ever before. I have a feeling this evening will be spent in the bath...

Did it though!

Have a good evening in the πŸ›€ bath, make sure the πŸ’¦ water is nice and warm, not too hot, congratulations on completing run 2 of week 5, good luck for run 3, once you have completed it you will be very proud of yourself, that is a milestone run with C25K.

Well Done, but it happens, try upping water intake, as well as laying in it.. πŸ˜†

I’m at the same stage and was similar. Think it is the thought of W5R3. That’s why I’m on reading inspirational messages. Think I can do it now.

I’ve had a couple of those runs, the latest being W6R1. The important thing is to get through it and you did so give yourself a pat on the back and reset. At least you got the naff run out of the way before the biggie on R3! Good luck, chin up and keep pounding that pavement πŸ‘πŸ½
