W5R3 done

After my previous failure - sorry, mustn't use that word - inability to complete W5R3 a couple of weeks ago, I had a few days off because of grandparenting commitments and this week started on W5 again from scratch. Today managed the infamous 20 minutes with no break. Who'd have thought it a few short weeks ago? Me, running for 20 minutes without a break? Brilliant programme. Onwards to W6!!

I repeated w5r3 again and I completed it. I have since completed w6r3 and found it okay. Start week 7 tomorrow. Excited.

Being a grandparent is the best thing in the world but those little people are tiring aren't they!

Always remember the First Rule of C25k: The only run you fail is the run you don’t go for ! Slow and steady. If it hurts, slow down more. You’ll nail it x
