W5R3 DONE!

I can’t quite believe it but I did it - 20 minutes without stopping. Very slow, I think, yes, but I did it - in the rain and it wasn’t easy. So here I am at the beginning of W6 😱 how about that?! Do many peeps repeat this run or just move on and stick with the plan?

Stick to the plan. After W5R3 I had to take 2 weeks off as I damaged my knee. This morning I did W6R1 I was worried about my fitness level but it was fine. If I can still follow the program after 2 weeks off anyone can.

Way to go! I’d go for week 6.

You're really getting there Ladtinthehat.

20 minutes running can seem a long way. Every run you do will get you ready for the next one.

Keep Smiling☺️👍

Stick with the plan and only repeat a run if you didn’t finish it the first time. Watch out for week six as some people make the mistake of thinking it should be easy due to the walk breaks. As long as you understand it’s as much a challenge as your previous runs you’ll be fine though :)

Well done for running 20 minutes 👏🏃‍♀️ As others have said - it’s best to just stick to the plan as it does work. You’re more than half way through now- wohooo 😊😊
