Don't worry about week 5, just take it slow and steady, get into a steady breathing rhythm and you'll be fine. Just take the runs one at a time.
Here's a hint for W5R3, it's all in your head, trust the program, it's getting your body ready even if you don't realise it.
Keep in mind, if you don't finish a run then you haven't failed, you've just practiced it, learn from it, take your rest day and try again.
