Wk 3 run 3

I am still here and I’m still working through the process. πŸ‘πŸ»

Been reading about keeping the heart in the aerobic range and practicing that which helps keep my pace down. The smart watch has been a good investment.

I also feel the pain of some of the heavier runners weighing in at 15 stone, but feel great πŸ‘πŸ»

Week 3 is the shortest workout of C25K, its a popular week for graduates who have not ran for a little while, in the spring of this year after I had been off running for around 6 weeks I began at week 3, not week 1, onwards and upwards to week 4.

Great running Justexistin, there are people on here of all shapes , sizes and running is for us all.

I'd put on 4st 6lbs after stopping smoking, I've now been running just over 1 year and have lost over 3 1/2 stone and c25k has really helped . Oh and I don't have family size bags of sweetsπŸ˜‚

Good luck with wk4

Well done you 😊

Well done with giving up smoking. Hopefully you have switched one addiction with another!

I will be switching diet when I can run 30 mins 3 days a week. Don’t want to do too much at once. I too have not long stopped smoking and vaping, so I will stick to my jelly babies and pizzas for energy! πŸ‘πŸ»

Well done for keeping at it.

Always feels like a great achievement to get to the end of week 3.

Good luck for week 4, sounds like you're going to smash it.
