Been looking forward to this. After life got in the way yesterday meaning an extra rest! Packed my kit this morning so I could run out of school while daughter attending a club but left it on doorstep! Whizzed home and did the 28 mins on home turf where those first little ventures were taken. Covering more distance now of course. Feeling accomplished (a bit puffed) and excited for the rest of the runs.
