Really starting to notice the difference now, managing to maintain a comfortable pace throughout, even got a bit faster for the last minute for some crazy reason. Found a park run near me so have a target for around mid November, bring it on!

Well done you do you find morning runs better?

I think so yeah, the air seems better and it clears my head nicely for the day. I find if I go in the evening I take the stress of the day with me and end up trying too hard, doing it in the morning seems to reduce stress build up over the day. Probably all in my head but it works for me 😁

Well done you..just keep doing what you are doing... always keep that little bit of something left in your tank and you will be fine:)

Cheers, found a route that works for me, impossible to avoid hills around here but doing them the right way around has helped maintain a steady pace, up the gentle side and down the steep side.
