I've found wk 4 not too bad.... I surprised myself with the 5 min runs!! I ran in the rain this morning and loved it!! Onto wk5 on Sunday 🏃♀️🏃♀️. Hope everyone has a good weekend whatever you're up to.

No I really cannot believe it!!! I have never ran / jogged ever in my life (other than at school!)... it's crazy!!
