That's really great, well done to you. I reckon the week 1 runs are amongst the hardest as you're coming in from nothing, and there are so many of them! It's quite the mental battle as well, but if you're off the starting blocks then you're doing great. Don't worry about speed or distance, it's actually time that counts.

I'm on run 2 as well. I've been dreading it all day and nearly made my excuses but I've just done it. We can do this!
Im on wk 1 run 2 today too and i am making excuses not to do it! I know after i finish i’ll feel good but my muscles are still sore from my last run!
