Completed this today. 5 minutes running is the most I’ve ever done, but it wasn’t too bad!
Any tips for a dry mouth while running? I have to carry a bottle of water and keep sipping because my mouth gets so dry I can’t swallow. I know I’m a mouth breather as I have problems with a blocked nose most of the time.

YESSS!!! I had trouble with dry mouth this morning as well! I did not have my water with me either, so was looking super forward to it when I finished! (I had some before starting, no worries)

I’d like any info on this too as I have the same problem. I also did wk 4 run 1 today and they 5 mins seemed sooooo long! My nose runs all the time too despite antihistamines and nasal sprays!
Week 4 Run 1 in the bag. Well done you. Sometimes I have. Areally dry mouth - especially if I'm anxious. At other times I have Niagra Falls exploding on my tongue and feel like I'm going to drown. I'm not sure how to deal with either situation. I'm also a mouth breather... that may be the cause.
