I can safely say I wasn’t looking forward to this one (think I probably say that about them all) But I can also say I can’t remember the last time I felt so alive. Piss wet through because the heavens opened, mascara all over and snot running down my face but I felt so proud of myself for finishing even though I wanted to stop and cry 😫 I think I can actually stick to this running malarkey 🏃🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️

It’s well designed to be right at your max most of the time. When we finish week 9 and look back it’s going to be so amazing. The benefits are there from the start, I can feel the extra energy I have every morning.
