W5R1 - woohoo

First day 1 run that I have managed. Actually got to the end of all runs today - feeling tired but happy. There may be hope for me for the rest of the week!

Keeping the pace down was difficult to start as it is a bit downhill. The second run was tricky but the third I nearly gave up - fortunately I read in the forum yesterday someone’s suggestion to count down from 100 - I figured I will give anything a try - gobsmacked - it works - totally took my mind off my aching legs. Thanks.
