Woohoo!!!

I have just completed Week 5 Run 3 and I’m feeling very proud of myself 😁πŸ₯‡

After over 10 years of not running at all and carrying a few more pounds πŸ₯΄ I decided to start the C25K as I felt I was struggling under lockdown and nearly 12 months of furlough. I wanted to do something that was going to benefit me physically and mentally and was achievable so I decided to give it a go.

My tips that have got me this far...1. Put your runs for the week in your diary on a Sunday eve 2. Sort out your running clothes so you know what’s comfortable 3. Get a running belt to hold key & phone -inexpensive but made a big difference 4. Use your spare house key so you aren’t carrying a bunch! 5. Get a set of headphones that work for you-AirPods kept falling out so I’m back on my old headphones 6. Wear gloves if it’s cold 7.Trust the plan and enjoy your time outdoors πŸ‘πŸ»
