Off days exercise?

Have WK4R3 tomorrow. Now I am thinking maybe I should do more on my non run days, at the moment I walk. A friend gave me her 8kg kettle bell and suggested I try it out. Have found some stuff on line, but really would like any feedback from someone that used/uses it in conjunction with running.

Hiya :) I do weight training on my off days focusing on upper body and core as running doesn’t work these bit as much. I do dead lifts to strengthen my gluts and back and a wide variety of arm and chest excercises with weights.

Thank you, for the reply.

I just did a workout (workout for me anyway). I just concentrated on upper, and core like you said. Am amazed at the amount of exercises I can do with this little ball with handles!

Yeah, sounds a plan with the non impact. Now my off days are going to be some cycling and kettle bell.

Thank you, for the reply.
