I've made it to week 2! I'm so proud! I was very anxious about running for longer as I felt 60 seconds was enough before, but it was surprisingly okay!
Just a quick question though, since I've started running my knees and just below the knee (top of shin) really hurt even when walking. And I've got terrible restless legs at night. Does any one have any suggestions as to what it could be and also what I could do to stop this from happening!
Thank you ☺️

Have a look at the pinned posts at the right hand side of the page and read the NHS Choices guides to how to run and stretch correctly. They're packed with great advice which should help you with your running form. You could also search the site for quad strengthening exercises. I posted the ones my physio gave me for knee problems after I graduated. They're brilliant and really effective. Good luck
It could just be your joints and muscles getting used to running and this will just take time and more running to ease! In the meantime, AncientMum has given you great advice. Do lots of stretching after each run and make sure you're doing the warm ups.
