Just done wk 5 run 3. Thoightbif it as the big one. Thought I was running slower than I ever have as I was conscious of not going too fast... but just look at my stats. All those PBs ... I'm smiling so much!

I have also experienced going faster when I think I slowing. Something about stride length. Excellent!
