Run 3 was by far my best. Felt like I had a good rhythm and my breathing wasn't a problem. I got in from work, walked my dog, sat down and studied and I really didn't feel like going out but I'm SO glad I did. Bring on week two! I've totally got the bug π

Well done! You know what? You've just gone from NO running to doing a whole 8 minutes!! Did you ever imagine that? I know I didn't a few weeks ago.
What's more, you did it after work, and I know from experience that's really hard. So you are doing fantastically, give yourself a hug and have a cuppa!!
