Just completed run 3 week 2.

Sore legs at the beginning, but it seemed to disappear after the first 10 minutes... so either I warmed up, or forgot about it :P

A little puff on the asthma puffer, but otherwise, no problems.

Onwards and upwards!

Very well done you.... keep it slow and keep it steady. Make sure you warm up well and put in some extra non impact exercise on rest days too :)

Well done...you’re well on your way now...all sorts can happen during the ‘toxic ten’...(first ten mins) or nothing at all...but you get through it...keep running & posting 👍🏻
