Did the 20 minutes and then some! Feels fantastic to have reached this milestone π
For anyone looking ahead, I replied to someone earlier with perhaps the biggest thing I've learnt so far - the most important thing is getting out to walk/run 3 times a week for 30 mins at a time. It sounds obvious but it's the key to the whole program I think and as long as you do that most of the battle is won!

Agree with you on that one Wannarun5k, ( love that name, short for want to run a 5K) 3 times a week is just right if you do it more often then could have an injury. I have kept to the program the way it says 100% with no repeats and tomorrow I start W9R1.
