W6R3 DONE πŸ‘πŸ‘

Well that's W6R3 done and as ever the thought was worse than the doing πŸ˜… first 5 mins in and was thinking I wasn't going to be able to do it but it became a bit easier then the last 5 minutes 4 of which I was flagging then the last minute and Jo Wiley giving me encouragement I picked up my pace to a bit of a sprint then it was over with only the 5 minute cool down walk ..... Go me 😁

    When we switch the mind off and listen to our bodies its amazing what we can achieve!

    I found W6 the hardest. But you have done it. You now have less runs than you have fingers :)

  • That sounds exactly the same as my run last night (also Week 6 Run 3). It was definitely mind over matter around the 5 minute mark! Wishing you luck for Week 7. :-)
