Well started week 5 1st 2 5 min runs I felt really good but the 3rd one really did test me ..... but then to think 5 weeks ago I struggled to run a min at a time I feel I shouldn't be too hard on myself . Looking at my strava is my pace ok because I feel like a snail π©π©π©

You are doing great. Ignore speed, distance, whether you feel like a snail or are overtaken by toddlers (as I was several times). The aim is to run for a set time and if you succeed the you should be celebrating your success. If you found it challenging then double celebration for keeping going. You are getting so many physical and mental benefits from what you are doing. Don't spoil it by setting other targets. Plenty of time for that after you graduate, if you want. I haven't managed 5k in 30 minutes yet but I am very happy with enjoying running (never thought I would say that) and my consistently over 30 minute park runs. Just enjoy the programme for what it is and good luck with the rest of week 5. You can do it.

SCB1, has said it all. Some will be faster than you others slower, but as you are aware, you have come a long way in 5 weeks.
That is the fact to hang onto, each week you are making steady progress of which you should be proud..........look where you have come from.
Keep running, keep smiling.

I'm at the same place as you in the programme but as others have said I don't worry about how fast or far I go. In week 1 I thought I was going to die running for a minute and now it's 5 at a time. Just keep running and I'll see you at the finish line! π

Hey, you are no snail, you've come so far in 5 weeks. Amazing.
