Wooooboooo week 8 over and done! Onto the big 30 minutes on Thursday! Not my fastest or farthest run but I did tackle the Hell Hill as I've started to call it. A nice 2.8 miles now including warm up and cool down so hopefully I'll be able to hit 5k on my 30 minute runs by the end of next week! That's the goal at least..
