Thank you so much to all of you for your advice to pace myself! I think I was so intimidated by the 5-Minute runs last time that I barrelled into the run and burned up my energy too quickly. This time i kept telling myself to hold back, and it was a breeze! I’m halfway there!

"sustainable pace"
That was the phrase that changed it all for me, I was struggling a bit when I read a post about "sustainable pace"
Running at a pace that I can sustain for the amount of time I need to run and bingo I slowed myself down and was able to run for the required time
