Omg I've done it, I'm buzzing. The first 5 mins were the toughest but then I found my stride. I did 2.7km in 20mins. I'm loving this program

For me it was more mental than physical. Think positive and ur be fine

Just run... distance and time... let them go... just do the runs.. and totally enjoy. They get longer now and you and your newly found running legs can begin to find their happy pace...Rest up and then move on with confidence:)
