Well done for completing the run - note that you did actually complete it! Move on to run three and so long as you complete it you should be ready for week 5. Your body is building up each week preparing you for the next run - you just need to get your mind to catch up as it may still be in holiday mode and wishing for clear blue skies on your run!

Try run 3 - I felt a lot better in run 3 than I did in run 2, and now I feel ready for week 5 starting tomorrow.

The programme isn't designed to be easy - it had to recognise that people begin at different exercise levels - so some may find the first few weeks easier than others... That said, it's also intended to support people starting at essentially zero fitness - so trust it, and I'm sure you'll be fine!

Ah, a bit cooler weather for you to run in! Your doing great move on, c25k is designed to build you gradually. 😊

Could find it harder if you have been on the ouzo and nice cocktails and may have had to flush out some toxins.

My wife has recently been diagnosed with a meningioma after MRI scan..

She completed c25k last year, but now of course not running until further notice..

You did the run. move on. If you didn't do it fair enough, but the programme is designed to stretch you that little bit each week. You did a great job getting out there and running, so go for Run 3, you know it makes sense....
