Coming back from hols... W4 help.

Hi all, I am returning back from holidays, I had 12 days away in Peru. My last run was W4R1, I’m wondering if I should repeat that run or try the last run in W3. Do we lose any conditioning? I’ve been very active on holiday, but only walking, no running. My step counts average 15k a day. I would appreciate your supportive advice. Thank you so much.

You won’t lose any fitness for a couple of weeks and as you’ve been active, you should be fine. I’d go for it, just take it nice and slow.

Sure will do, thank you xx

Lucky you! What a lovely place to go for a holiday 😊

According to the guide, you can have two weeks between runs without loosing condition. Why don’t you try W4R1 and see how it goes? You might be fine as you’ve been active, and if not then go back to W3.

Yeah, can’t have lost any conditioning, I’m worrying for nothing.

Wow, that sounds like a fantastic holiday! I think you're going to be fine sticking with W4, especially if you have been walking a lot and keeping active.
