After taking a week off from running due to knee pain and hip pain I look forward to my run tomorrow morning can't wait :)

Bless u, how is your knee and hip doing after a rest? I had a knee issue and took a week off, didn't feel perfect but it has been strong again since I started running again, nice and steady, let us know how it goes. Julie
