Well I think I took slow and steady to a new level this morning clocking up my 5th fastest time out of 9 runs! However .. it's done! Could not face it yesterday as legs still aching .. still aching today but decided to go out anyway. Still not peeped at what week 4 has in store. Fear and trepidation!

It's a great feeling isnt it to see the time increasing. Amazing how slow and steady seems to work ;)

Even more amazing is to go back and look at your very first post on the forum and now check you out...week 3 completed.

And very soon to be W4 completed!

Just warm up well... some exercise on rest days will help those legs too...

Do not, repeat not, even think about speed! Or distance! Just take it steady and slow and enjoy this great journey!

To combat the excitement aka fear ... Just purchased my first pair of running shoes. Hopefully no blisters tomorrow!! Been running in springy "shoes" certainly can sense the support in these new ones fingers crossed.
