Hi I'm new to posting started at end of April and still trying I'm on week 7 run 2 can't seem to get passed week 7 I'm still enjoying trying has I'm doing it for me a snail would be quicker lol but I'm determine to crack it πŸŒπŸƒπŸ˜‘

Well done! Being able to run for 25 minutes is terrific - you should be proud of what you have achieved - you will improve gradually. There is no rush!

Please don't worry about your speed, it really doesn't matter , honestly. Its all about completing the runs.

You're doing brilliantly. Think how far you've come since that very first run! Exactly! Slow and steady is the perfect way to do this programme.

Persevere and you will soon be strong enough to do it. At 25 min, you are practically there already. Try introducing squats on your rest days to strengthen your legs and it is though gremlins we all have to battle that are probably telling you that you can't do it. It is not easy to push through and block them out but you can definitely do it.
