After a week of not running since the 10K done last Wednesday I managed to get bum in gear and went for a run on this hot evening. Wanted to push myself to better my 5k time, I didn’t quite manage that but did achieve a sub 30min 5k so was pleased with that. It was warm tonight think I hadn’t had sufficient fluid on previous days but hey making up for it now. Good luck all on your C25K journey.

Thanks for posting Steve and well done for getting yourself out there, that's a good effort 👍

Do make sure you keep yourself well hydrated, especially before a run 😅💧

We appreciate the encouragement, I wish you all the best with wherever your running next takes you.

You don't seem to have picked up your badge by the way Steve! leave a comment on healthunlocked.com/couchto5... and Roseabi or RFC will get you one asap

Mike_JB I have seen both badges I thought for graduating in here and then and also seen graduate on the 10K. As I use the app never really see them.

I don't think you've got them - I'm using desktop PC and Graduate appears next to my name but not yours. Might as well let Roseabi know that you've done both then 😅

I only use chrome to access HU - don't use any app - is it handy and if so what's it called? Thanks

It’s just the HealthUnlocked app means I can just go straight there without the web. I have looked at the post via the web and it shows me with Graduate10 by the name I seem to have lost it on the latest post

As this is on the C25K forum I can only say you don't have the Graduate symbol, it may well be that you have Graduate10 on the other forum :)

Accessing via the web now and yes it appears to have disappeared. On the 5 to 10K my graduate10 badge appears

Great run especially on a warm night. Good reminder too for us all about hydration particularly as it gets warmer (hopefully!!)

Come home from work and set a target today was a 5k if possible under 30mins and last weeks target was a 10K. Also completed like to have targets then leave it up to the will power to complete.

Well done. There may never be a point I get to sub 30. My legs are too short lol.

Have to move them faster 😂

Haha think they may get shorter should I run any faster lol..

Being able to run consistently and for a relevant length of time is the brilliant thing and it’s not all about the speed.

Very true. And looking at extending my runs to plan for my HM in October. So speed definately not needed. Just distance :)

Good luck with that. Keep the training going.
