So after questioning my own fitness and thinking I should repeat wk1 before moving on I decided to push forward and go ahead to week 2 and to my surprise I did it!! It was hard but I'm so happy with myself x

Well done! I felt pretty crappy after that first week too, and tbh have doubted my ability to move on to the next level each week. But have always managed it. Keep going, and as they say here, slow and steady..... 👍👍☺️☺️
