W5R2
Well done, W5 is a great week and quite possibly my favourite of them all.
You're doing great, keep it up.
Well done. It is fascinating coming on here as we all have our own perceptions of which runs were good, which were bad, etc.
Just remember we are building our stamina from the cumulative running/ walking, so the 16 minutes running you did in R2 was not that big a leap from the 15 minutes running you did in R1. You are building your cardio fitness through the intervals (getting your heart rate up in the runs and letting it lower in the walks) to allow you to be able to sustain a run for longer periods each time.
I say this not to take away from your progress - you are doing great, but to ease any concerns you have when you see the runs getting longer. Trust the programme and believe in yourself.
Week five is brilliant isn't it! I have just finished it today. It's amazing how the plan works so you're able to really increase your time running.
I love the winter sunshine too 👍 it's great for getting out there.
Hi
I did the same this morning . I normally run in the evening, but woke up early this morning so went an did the run at 5.30am. Can't believe that I was worried about it, to be honest can't wait for Thursday to try Wk5R3
Well done Debbie, you are flying now 🛫🛫🛫
Lovely bubbly, you're doing brilliantly well....
Very well done.. just another great run..
They simply all follow on..just take it steady and know you will do the runs
I have to agree. We five is absolutely my favorite so far. Hopefully I will feel the same after run three tomorrow. Congratulations.
