Yay! I did it again and this time I went a bit further and pace was quicker. I was looking forward to doing it and I honestly enjoyed it.

I think you have the running bug, it's a great feeling when you actually realise you like running isn't it? Don't worry too much about your speed, that will come (so I'm told), like yourself, I look forward to my runs, don't get me wrong, they are still a challenge but one I greatly enjoy!

Keep up doing what you're doing and I bet you'll be chasing down the Graduate badge before long.

Well done you! Keep it slow and keep it steady and make sure you pop some extra non impact exercise into the rest days too!!
