Early days for me but I'm out there getting it done. I live in a hilly place and chose to turn left rather than right when I hit the street. It felt like a real workout because of the inclines, however I only have the slightest of aches in my calves. Roll on Tuesday!

Great effort getting started and hills too. Take it easy. Remember to stretch out after every run especially with those hills. If it becomes a habit then it's not a hassle. Enjoy

Yes really important to stretch as I found out on my first small rise good advice 😊

Well done 👍🏼 great that you built in some hill work too that’s brilliant for cardio 😄

I too cant avoid hills. Sometimes I'm lucky enough to hit them on a 'walk' other times not so lucky.

Take 2 rest days between weeks 1 and 2. It made a huge difference for me and will give your shins more time to fully recover
