Well after repeating W1D1 because I couldn’t complete it, im pleased to say I’ve also completed D2, for me this is massive as I’m sure it is/was for others.
Just got in and had a shower and it’s just started pouring down outside, talk about good timing 😃😃😃😃

Yes, be careful about overdoing it. It was the end of week 1 and first runs of 2, I had injuries. Somebody else mentioned longer warm ups, I find the 5 minute walk wasn't enough for me, adding leg exercises and stretches before starting has helped.
