Well I did a bit tonight of fartlek training over nearly 2mile fast walking then bit of running between lamp posts

Running was where I found my spiritual self. I mean where I found my vision. Or what I wanted in life.

And running was hope and purity and freedom from fear

Was????? I think I will also be "starting again" at age 70 soon. My fractured metatarsal has had me on the sidelines for the past almost 4 months and doesn't show any sign of healing yet - I think it will be surgery soon and this year is finished runningwise for me :(
