Quite happy with this week's runs, stamina, breathing and heart all seem okay but my lower legs are still protesting!

I think that I wasn't as heavy on my feet tonight...that's a bonus.

Come on week three ;)

Well done for getting through week 2. Your legs are just getting used to all this exercise so it's understandable that they may be protesting. Just make sure you're not going too fast.

Good luck for week 3.

I'm not going too fast, just jogging along at a measured pace.....I think.
