Hi I'm new to this decided it's time to get fit I've done 2 weeks think I'm doing ok . I won't say it's a breeze but strangely enjoying it . My fear is I'm off to Corfu thurs and want to keep it up and I am determined . I'm not sure that I'll make it in 9 weeks though 😑 please support me xxx

Of course you will do this, slow and steady and follow the programme, you have a great time in Corfu. XxX

Well done for starting, and that feeling of success soon becomes addictive.😊

The plan works, but doesn't have to be done in 9 weeks. Take it one run at a time and just work through the program, taking at least one rest day between run days. Holidays and feeling poorly get in the way sometimes, but just run when you can (3 times a week being the optimum)

Many people take longer than 9 weeks and you can repeat any 'weeks' if you need to. But trust the program it works and your stamina increases with every session.

Good luck and have a lovely holiday.😊

Hi Beverley. I'm on holiday in Greece and it has been so lovely running in strange places. It really takes my mind off the running. Have a good playlist too. That really helps. I don't normally listen to music and I am amazed at what a difference it makes. Have a great time. Re-do weeks or runs if you feel like it. Why not? Better than giving up!
