Week 1 and feeling healthier already!!

Woke up this morning with a spring in my step! Ok, so I've only done 2 days of C25K, but I do feel absolutely alive and kicking... I'd like to go out and run now but it's my rest day today.

I guess the fact that I'm no longer munching a packet of Jaffa cakes per day (plus wine, plus mayo, plus pizza etc!!)... is probably helping also. Normally on a diet I'm like the most unmotivated slug and I do zero exercise, but this running malarkey seems to have woken something up inside me that's lay dormant for the past 30 years!!

Happy running folks, I'll be joining you tomorrow and I can't wait to get week 1 in the bag and onto week 2πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

It's a great feeling isn't it? Keep going, don't look to far ahead in the program, remember there are no failures, only practice runs.

Stick with the program and you'll amaze yourself, I know I am.

Thank you 😊

Great to see such enthusiasm early on, it's lovely when this running malarkey wakes up the old endorphins. Enjoy your rest day and even more enjoy the running days...
