Well considering I was already sweating wrestling myself into my sports gear & out of breath bending over to put my trainers on I'm quite proud of myself, yea my face is as red as a beetroot, I feel like I've broken my ankles & I can barely breathe but I've done it !!!

The hardest part of this program is actually starting it so well done for doing that. I actually found the runs somewhat liberating and now look forward to what's coming up.

My face wasn't red after day one.
It had enough blue where a passer by was phoning for the EMTs before I stopped her.
You can graduate also. Day one is the hardest in so many fundamental ways and you've done it.
Now it's just a question of going out the door and taking it slow, steady and at your own pace

Well done you! I remember feeling the same in Week 1! My face isn't always as beetroot red now at the end of a run! Keep going you can do it!
