Holiday run in Transylvania

First run for a couple of weeks as we are on holiday. I loved it! Not sure they have runners here. Certainly not 58 year old female ones in Lycra from their reactions! Mostly very positive, some waving and tooting their horns. One obviously thought I was Dracula's daughter dressed like that on a Sunday.

Tee hee! We've just been up a cable car to a mountain touching the edge of town. We were advised not to go after dark as there are black bears up there!

Is it in Hungary by the way? Looks and sounds an interesting place to visit. Hiily though 😃

It's in Romania (which is the same country as Rumania-I sat this as I had to check before we arrived!) lovely people and country

Crikey! I remember a guy getting attacked by a bear while out running in Trentino in Northern Italy a few years back. He survived but gave an inadvertently comical interview in which he said something along the lines of "The bear got hold of me as if he was about to kiss me, and then all my life flashed before my eyes".

Make sure the garlic bulbs are jammed well within your sports bra..

A small runner's back-pack with cross and hammer and stake.. and the Holy water of course...
